Small Group Coordinator — Board Position Opening

Do you enjoy coordinating and connecting with people? Here’s a wonderful way to give back to the club and be part of the board in a rewarding and meaningful role.

The Small Group Coordinator helps support small group activities—such as game groups (Bunco, Mah Jongg, Hand & Foot, and others) as well as interest-based groups like reading clubs. This role is all about communication and connection.

As Small Group Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Reach out to new members who’ve expressed interest in joining a small group
  • Let them know who to connect with for that activity
  • Share new member information with the members who host or organize those groups

Once or twice a year, you’ll coordinate a Game Day—bring together members who enjoy teaching games with those who’d like to learn something new. You do not need to host a Game Day in your home. The role simply involves reaching out to board members or club members who are happy to host—there’s always someone willing.

You won’t be doing this alone. Board members mentor and support one another, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Come be part of a genuinely supportive and fulfilling board experience!

Please reach out to the club president Joey Dieringer with questions or interest!
